VMA Water/Waste Subcommittee Special Meeting: DEQ Enforcement Manual Revisions

Join us for a special meeting of the VMA Water/Waste Subcommittee to discuss the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality's (DEQ) proposed revisions to Chapter 4 of its Enforcement Manual, governing civil charges and civil penalties. Members are encouraged to review the proposed changes and submit feedback to VMA on potential impacts to manufacturers by close of business on November 4, 2026. The discussion and member feedback will help inform VMA's public comments to DEQ, due November 9, 2026.
