The iM4 Health program is a Section 125 “Preventive Health Program”. 

The program encompasses all employees, no matter if they are full time or part time employees. All employees will receive additional health benefits that have NO elimination or replacement of any current health benefits. Besides having additional benefits addressing Physical and Mental Health, they will also see an increase in their take-home payment, which also addresses Financial Health. Employers see a decrease in turnover, and an increase in Retention. Let me know if you have any questions about recruitment, because of the Section 125 program the employer will see a significant reduction in payroll taxes.
