Join us for the next VMA Government Relations Committee (GRC) meeting as we begin preparing for the 2027 Virginia General Assembly Session and shaping VMA’s legislative and regulatory priorities for the year ahead.

This meeting will be structured as a working session and member roundtable, with an emphasis on discussion, information sharing, and strategic planning. In addition to brief updates on key regulatory and policy developments, we want to hear from members about the issues you are tracking, conversations you are having with policymakers and stakeholders, and legislative or regulatory developments that could affect Virginia’s manufacturing sector. 

We’ll use the discussion to identify emerging issues, potential proactive legislative initiatives, shared advocacy priorities, and opportunities for early engagement ahead of the 2027 Session. 

Come prepared to participate and share what you’re hearing. The GRC is an opportunity for government relations professionals across VMA’s membership to compare notes, identify common priorities, and help shape VMA’s advocacy strategy for the 2027 General Assembly Session.
