Join the Virginia Craft Brewers Guild for an upcoming Taproom Talks webinar focused on the 2026 Virginia Craft Beer Cup — the Commonwealth’s premier craft beer competition.
Hosted annually by the Virginia Craft Brewers Guild (VCBG), the Virginia Craft Beer Cup showcases breweries from across the state competing for top honors. Registration for this year’s competition runs March 2 – May 15, and we’re excited to share important details to help you prepare your entries.
✨ New for 2026: VCBG is launching an all-new Professional–Amateur (Pro-Am) Competition Category, highlighting the creativity and partnership between Virginia breweries and homebrewers. VCBG members may submit one Pro-Am beer as an optional fifth entry in this year’s competition.
This webinar will be facilitated by Charlie Harr, Head Judge for the 2026 Virginia Craft Beer Cup. Charlie was recently named the new National Homebrew Competition (NHC) Chair by the American Homebrewers Association, bringing exceptional insight and expertise to this year’s competition.
