As the country works to bring critical supply chains back home, small manufacturers have a growing opportunity to win that work. But primes can buy only from suppliers that meet strict compliance and capability requirements, and most small shops have never had a practical way to meet them.

Path to Prime closes that gap. Funded by the SBA and delivered by the Virginia Manufacturers Association and its workforce affiliate, the Manufacturing Skills Institute, the program offers courses, hands-on training, and one-on-one consulting in operations, compliance, workforce, and federal contracting, all at no cost to eligible firms.

In this one-hour session, you’ll learn how the program works, what training and certifications are available, and how your company can take part.
